Now’s day the entire World is focusing on our Social very right and strong activity.
All the progressive associations and communities around the World is doing great promises and hops for real Democratic changes, not only in small parts of this Earth but in All of this World.
All Human Beings in this World are waiting for the Real Democratic changes.

As well known, the Totalitarian regimes was the Country’s Capitalism,
トタリタリズム　/　全体主義体制は、国家の資本主義でした。
(Zentai shugi―taisei wa,　kokka no shihon-shugi deshta )
Which by Mr. Gorbachev (what’s called PERESTROIKA), has being changed to Private Capitalism.
Now, this entire World living on this Private Capitalism, were the Social structure of every Countries still forgotten and neglected by the Medieval laws and CONSTITUTIONS.
Human being now living grouped and intentionally polarized on the tree separate PRIVAT streams, I call them Currents;
1. Private Ideologically GRUPPED-Parties, （プライベートイデオロギーグループパーティ、流れ）Streams, Currents, ( were all Party’s members choosing their ideological orientation by their selves, that’s means Privately, like a amateur’s their Hobby)
2. The second GRUPPED-currents is all Religious private Current,　（宗教的なプライベート流れ）、were all prayers choosing their God’s orientation by their selves, that’s means Privately
3. And the third is GRUPPED-Ethnical (民族グループの流れ) Currents, which is most disgracing ones, where most of Human Beings still confronting each other’s, RASSIALLY.

All of these tree GROUPPED Private Current, it’s very well controlled by the Private Business & Banking sectors, pushing it to kept us confronted and groups-polarized each other’s, which cause the major struggles, wars and poverties on this Earth, calling this, “democracy”.

Not a real DEMOCRACY IN THIS WORLD, anywhere!

There are a lot of requirements for real Democracy but tree it’s THE MOST IMPORTANT & major requirements for, I call “SOCIAL-PERESTROJKA”.!

1. The CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS assigned TO THE LABOR FORCES,

( As a Main “motors” of every Economy), to be able not only to CREATE and makes the Profits, but also to have the rights in equally participation the process, of proportionally sharing and allocating this Profits.
With Regrets that now’s days, in 21st Century, not one Country nor Company has made a rules, which assigning such as rights & opportunities to the labor forces.
The 98% of the peoples had makes the profits, but only 2% have exclusivity rights for
share-allocating the profits.
Is this a democracy?

No more Oligarchy – 寡頭政治主義 (Katōseiji – shugi)!
No more majorities, nor political immunities or political mandates for lazy indolence leaders and criminal elements!!

As a new idea for really democratic change and economic efficiency, is the idea for Constitutionally-change of the rules of the wage’s payment to all Country’s assigned governmental posts and positions, including government and municipal offices.
This means that the time is now, salaries of all Governmental posts & positions, to be changed from fixed-monthly, budget sucking without results wages, to the posts time assigned of only result-applied fees.
If some one is lazing on the government position for 3 mounts continuously, without no one results applied, should be punished by jail for Country’s deception and fraudulences, and should fired immediately from that post for ever, without possibilities of returning or practicing on the Governmental field no more!

Finally with excuse for this long letter, I am asking for the kindness of some one from your organization to answer why this year NOBEL PRIZE FOR PEACE has being applied to EUROPEAN KOLONIAL KONGLOMERACY?
Yes, without excuses, the name of EUROPEAN COLONIAL-CONGLOMERACY is correct because looking seriously on to the member’s participation, should be clearly understood that such as countries like;
Kingdoms, Prince-lands, Quince-lands, Monarchy, Republics, and most ashamed one is the Colonialists in membership!
